Mena Alexandra (born in February 13th, 1979) is a model and actress hailing from the United States. Shortly after beginning her career as a model, she transitioned into acting after appearing in guest roles on 1990's programs on television like Boy Meets World and High Incident. Her debut film role came on 1997's drama Nowhere. Her roles as a character in American Beauty, for which she earned an BAFTA Award nomination and American Pie made her the focus of a wider attention. In 2000, she was with her American Pie co star Jason Biggs. Then, she played her role as the main character for the role of Sugar & Spice (2002). Spun the 2002 independent drama, and Trauma (2004) thriller were the two films that part of her professional career. Additionally, she appeared on the HBO television drama Six Feet Under. The series was on in 2004. She was also cast in Day of the Dead, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh and in the film adaptation of The Garden of Eden. Suvari has been a model as a model for Lancome Paris Adaptive and she's also been featured on several blogs and fashion magazines like Vogue. She is an activist and an avid supporter of the African Medical and Research Foundation. She is also active in issues of female empowerment and is involved with charities that are devoted to breast cancer, as well as an End Violence Against Women campaign.
